You start on a guaranteed fixed base of up to €6,500/month. Performance-linked pay kicks in quickly — within the pilot window, placements and client wins translate directly into additional income that can double your base salary. For the right person, there is also the possibility of profit sharing and equity participation as the business matures.
Progress reviewed fortnightly. Mid-pilot calibration at Month 4. Continuation and variable pay are performance-linked.
