Compensation

You start on a guaranteed fixed base of up to €6,500/month. Performance-linked pay kicks in quickly — within the pilot window, placements and client wins translate directly into additional income that can double your base salary. For the right person, there is also the possibility of profit sharing and equity participation as the business matures.

Who we're looking for

You have

A documented track record of personally signing recruitment or HR service deals with German healthcare employers — not advisory or intermediary roles
Established credibility with hospital procurement teams, care group operators, and regulated healthcare organisations
Fluency in German and English, with comfort operating in both professional environments
A professional network you can activate immediately — not one you need to build from scratch
